I discussed that link on my own journal, only to have one of my (wonderful, lovely, thankfully-looking-out-for-me) readers point out that even (especially) things like ICQ can trackback to your name. ICQ is easiest; go to their page, search by UIN or screenname, and get back everything in their profile.
