It might be a tie between Indian and Korean. Whenever I think about that soup from Udupi Palace (which serves south Indian food, I think), my face gets a flush flashback. And I asked for "mild," too.
I think Indian food is the spiciest for me because whatever it is that makes curry spicy seems to be really oily and stick to my tounge and get hotter instead of less hot when I eat it or if I reheat it.

korean. anyone ever tried Cham-Pon? (I dont know the exact english translation) its spicy seafood noodle soup.

The spicy in Thai food scares the hell out of me. I get things spicy in Korean restaruants and "as mild as possible" at Thai places.
Of course, I also grew up with Korean food...
